W5 error code

All troubleshooting issues tried, distance never changed, network never changed, all other devices still connected to a strong WiFi network, all methods of resetting attempted and still not connecting.

 
W5 error showing.

I would be more than happy to help so that you can use your device. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.
  • Which device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device working normally before?
  • Is your device powering on?
  • Is your device showing up in the Google Home App? 
  • Where are you seeing your error message? On the device or the Google Home App?
    • Could you please upload a screenshot or photo of the error message?
