Our nest thermostat had been working flawlessly for >1year. It disconnected from our Wi-Fi in May 2023 and can’t be reconnected. Have done all rest steps to Wi-Fi and to thermostat. Nothing helps. I can’t find a way to contact customer support. To whom can I call, chat or email to get this resolved???

Hello DaveP0953,

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat back to your Wi-Fi network despite all the possible steps you've taken. We'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Please try going to your actual thermostat's Reset Settings > Account Connection > Reset to confirm. Once done, verify if the same message code still appears in the Network settings.

Keep me posted.

Best,
Mark
