WIFI CHANGE AND FACTORY RESET

I cannot change my thermostat to the new Wi-Fi network because the thermostat was offline due to problems that Xfinity has been repairing for many days, I changed the network, and I had to reset my thermostat to factory mode, I must delete the thermostat in the app also to be able to configure all over again?

If you've reset the thermostat and it still appears in your app, indeed delete it from the app and go through setup again to add it back again.
