What to do with piggybacked aux/e wires for google nest gen 3?

Replacing my Honeywell thermostat with a google nest gen 3. I have a heat pump, and I’m 99% sure the system is not dual fuel (although we do have propane for our oven, and I haven’t been able to find the heat pump manual to confirm). You can see that two wires (black and brown) are piggybacked into the aux/e terminal. How does this affect my wiring diagram?
