Your customer service is not fit for purpose.
I have been waiting forty days and counting for a refund.
Your agents are poorly trained and repeatedly fob me off.
If I do not receive me money I am willing to file a case at the small claims court with additional costs.

I am still waiting for a response??? I contacted Google nest support. Phone for an hour plus. Clueless agents lying to me. Saying I am not owed anymore money?? I have submitted invoices. I am honestly willing to file a uk small courts claim to get the rest of my money back. Customer support are clearly poorly trained. It is shocking how bad the service is.
