Case number 6-1734000032320 - a google tech blew my home transformer 3/7/22 and I still have not received a reimbursement for the transformer that I had to purchase due to the tech telling me how to wire the thermostat and blowing my transformer. I was told I would be receiving a reimbursement and still have not received it. Please expedite this reimbursement.

Its may 21st - I still have not received my reimbursement. I was supposed to have received it by yesterday.
