Wi-Fi changed, can’t set up nest again

Hello. A friend installed my nest last year and it worked fine up until my tenant moved out. Once he cancelled his internet service, I had to start from scratch to connect the nest to my internet (with no luck). I haven’t touched any of the wiring. Any ideas?

Where are the yellow and green wires coming from at the thermostat?

Do you have a heat-only system, or is there a separate cooling unit?

It looks like the cable going from the furnace to the thermostat has three wires, so you shouldn't need the Power Connector.

No idea why I had the power connector, but did it the way you said and it works. Thank you SO much.
