Here is my current wire setup, will it work with a Nest? I have read conflicting answers regarding the RC/RH jumper wire

You should be good to go. Just run the wire currently on your RH terminal to R on the NEST. RH to RC jumper is no longer needed. The "jumper" is internal on the NEST Tstat

Yes any Nest thermostat should be compatible. However your setup does not have a C (common) wire. While in many cases it is not required, you may want to consider a plan should it be a problem in your situation.
You may not need C, but is it good to plan for it just in case.
The RH to RC jumper is not a problem. If you purchase a "Nest Learning 3rd Gen" thermostat there will be both RH and RC terminals but you will not need the jumper. If you get a "Nest Thermostat" connect RH (red wire) to R.
You can also use the Compatibility Checker to verify if your system will work with a Nest Thermostat and to get more information.
