Wanting to install and update my thermostat. Any chance someone could help out with the wire compatibility piece? Greatly appreciated!

Thanks for posting here in Community forum. I'm glad to say that your thermostat wires are compatible to our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation. In this case, your wiring to the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation's base should be like this:

Great! You can look for a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation on our third-party sellers if you don't have one yet. Then, once you have your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation with you, here are some helpful articles that will help you install and set up your Nest Thermostat:

• How to set up your Nest thermostat
• How to add your Nest thermostat to the Nest app
