Wiring help - aux heat not working

Snekxuens

Hello, I have the following configuration. I originally had a Trane thermostat. There are 2 jumpers in it that you can see (x2 to w2/1 and rc to r).

I have an all electric system. My aux heat doesn’t appear to be working (I can’t hear the furnace/compressor like I could with the trane). Is this wiring incorrect? Thanks for any help!

You dont use jumpers on the Nest.

Wiring looks correct.

You have to set up the Heat Pump Balance settings for when you want to switch over to Aux heat.

Or you can turn of balance settings and have a fixed outside temp that the system will shut off the heat pump and switch over to the all electric heat coils.
