Wiring nest thermostats

Hi,

how do I wire the nest Learning thermostat v3 stat with coming from this?

You have a basic heat pump system.

Give this wiring a try.

Yellow - Y to Y1 (jumper to W not needed)

Green - G to G

White - O to OB

Red - Rc to Rc (jumper to R not needed)

 

I strongly recommend adding a C wire to ensure you don't have power problems down the road.

Check to see if there is an extra wire going from the thermostat to the Air Handler, run a new 5-wire thermostat cable, or if there isn't, you can use the Google Nest Power Connector.
