Nope- no three dots- no camera or picture icon 

reading the comments this seems to be a common issue here and no way to post.

1. Reply to this post.
   1. Make sure to sign in with your credentials.
2. Click Insert Image. (camera icon)
3. Choose an image source location.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
