Hello community, I'm helping a friend install the nest product, I did the compatibility check on the Nest.com/work website, but got a "need more info at the end" , I posted both the current thermostat wiring and the Nest that was purchased, can I get some assistance if this is the right product they purchased and can it be installed.
Thanks for the assistance.

I'm seeing Y2, W2, G, W, B, Y, R. Is this where the wires were connected from the old/current thermostat? I'm trying to confirm if I got it correctly. The nest thermostat you have now is not compatible with the wiring set up of your old/current thermostat set up. I'd highly suggest buying the Nest Learning Thermostat because it has 10 terminals. You have the 1st stage and 2nd stage for both cooling and heating if I'm not mistaken.

So just to confirm the Nest to get is the Nest Learning, 10 wire configuration?
