Hi All!
One of my thermostats was offline. Per instructions I found here......
1. Removed from the app
2. Tried to reinstall. (couldn't be located)
3. Attempted factory reset and received "equipment error. account disconnected"
Anyone know how to fix this?

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Thanks for looking into this, @David_K.
@AbigailM, in addition to what was shared above, it appears that you might have the Nest Thermostat 2020 based on the message you're receiving. With this, linking it to the Google Home app may require reconfiguring your system through a Factory reset in its settings. Reset the thermostat first to default before adding it to the Google Home app.
