I would like to know how I can replace my goggle nest.  I received an email that it could be replaced

yes the nest will say equipment error.  The email said to call you all to replace the unit.  The number on the email is not valid.

• What wiring code or message is shown?
• When did you buy the thermostat?
• When was the thermostat installed?
• Did you add a C-wire or change their wiring after being paired?
• When was the device first paired?
• Type of HVAC system.
• Please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring.
• Gather its power reading from the equipment settings (VIN, LIN, PS-*).
