o can t conect my thermostat because i cant remember my pin number olso i delited app from my phone 

how to deal with this now and unlock ,y thermostat

Your thermostat should still be connected to Wifi. If you reinstall the app on your phone and login with the account you originally used, you will be able to see the thermostat in the app and reset the PIN? See the "How to change the lock code" section of this help article:
