Hi, since switching from android to iPhone, I keep having issues where is set the thermostat to say 10 degrees on my phone, but the thermostat stays at 18. I switch hot water on but the thermostat has as off. All my other products, door bell, home are all working fine

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but I'll do my best to help you out. Please tell me if when you do it from any other phone, the thermostat follows the commands.
Can you also tell me what type of iPhone do you have and what's the iOS version on it?
Also, please go into your phone's Settings> Privacy> Local Network and check if the Nest app is enabled.

Hi, it’s an iPhone 13 running IOS 15.5.1. All other android phones are having no issues. Nest is also constantly asking me to login with my Google account and assign.

So, on the Android phones, your thermostat follows the commands from the app. Have you also tried to adjust the temperature from the Google Home app instead of the Nest app on the iPhone to see if the thermostat responds?

You can test it with a click test next to the Heat Link. Please go next to the Heat Link and boost the heating, let me know if you can hear any click from it.

Gotcha. Do make sure to try and uninstall it and install it back. Also, from the same iOS device try the web browser version of the app, https://bit.ly/37lQ8uj , just to see if it works as expected when used.
