similar to many other posts - had a Nest thermostat installed about 4 months ago - lost connectivity 8 days ago - have been trying all of the steps outlined to get it reconnected - including manually entering wifi network etc - doesn't find any networks

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest thermostat — let's check on your options. First off, could you provide a photo of your thermostat's display showing the error code if you're getting one? Also, it would be great if you could specify all the steps you've tried just to cover all the bases.
