we just back from a 6week holiday & our nest was off. before was working perfectly (actually is a brand new 3rd generation, recently installed after a home renovation). so we charged and placed back. got a h72 error. checked the heat link / base: all connect & well. asked the people that were over during our absence if something has happened: nothing. so then we reset the base. now all we get is a constant blue blinking light in the base & the nest won’t stay on. any suggestions? many thanks in advance.

Me too, I received a new one, even if guarantee was a bit expired (For free), and this is working well for me also.
