nest sensor connection problem

I started a post about my sensors not connecting to my thermostat, now I can't find it.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. A few questions: could you tell us when it started happening? Were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Are you getting any error messages in the app? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
