My nest thermostat is under warranty and has a w5 error now. Unresolved with multiple resets, ensuring all wires snug, resetting Wi-Fi. All other devices work and connect to Wi-Fi next to this device. Now the device is not even manually working. It doesn’t stay on to cool which is a problem. I submit a warranty but I don’t think anyone reads those! Any advice to get a replacement device and I can send this one back?
