replacing old Honeywell round with Nest 3rd g learning on a damper system

I have 5 nest e's and they work with my zoned damper system. The 6th damper was controlled by the 30 year old Honeywell thermo. I was sent a wiring diagram by Google support telling me to : 

white to w1

yellow to y1

red to Rh

green to ground

blue - do not use cap off 

when I tried this is made my damper open and close continuously. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated
