thermostat compatibility

Currently i have an LG premtb10u thermostat that uses a master/slave setup with 3 total. 

behind my wires look like this: let me know  if anyone has a clue if i can put a nest in.  Im pretty lost on this.

Your current thermostat uses a proprietary interface that is not compatible with any of the Nest Thermostats

well so does that mean the only way to get the 3 nests into my home would be to run 3 new lines?
