thermostat not reading out to my devices as it did. I no longer at that location and need help.

getting Thermostat connected on my devices. My Wi-Fi was upgraded, and carrier says it shows on. It doesn't show the controls or current statis it used to be orange read out but not now.

Hello Lane,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your Nest Thermostat after the Wi-Fi changes. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

 

To isolate:

 

  • Is your thermostat showing offline in the app?
  • What type of Nest Thermostat is this?
  • Please make sure that you're logged in with the correct email address associated with the app. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected.
