My thermostat will not come on. I manually charged it and I received a message telling me to return to the base which I did. It then said "shutting down to recharge" and will not come back on. I tried it again with the same results. I looked at the app and it says the thermostat doesn't have enough power for wi-fi. I found the following email also:
From 4:15 AM on October 4, 2022 to 11:25 AM on October 17, 2022, your heating system briefly stopped heating your home 14 times.
I apparently must not have had heat for 2 days but did not realize it b/c we always keep our heat low. I did have the heat on this year without any issues. We have freezing warnings in PA. Can you please offer some assistance?

Hello ragazzini68,
I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you—let's see what's going on why your Nest thermostat won't hold a charge.
A few questions: what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Did you notice any wire reports or message codes before the issue occurred? Also, which terminals do the wires connect to?
Have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.
Best regards,
Mark
