I bought Nest in May 2020 from Amazon is still under warranty, I tried every possible solution. How to I get a replacement. I heard that not finding wifi is a known problem. if I get a replacement howe long is warranty. Can someone help me get a replacement. I like the wifi function on Thermostat

I am still waiting for response, can I get a response before warranty expires, your program doesn'[t allow me to send you picture, is there another way to send you a picture, once again if you can send me replacemnt i will send back defective one i bought from amazon.

I got a replacement and it has the same problem w5 and won't connect to wifi so we are having to go through to same hassle again I will never buy a Google product again !!
