Without a whole lot more detail, all I could suggest would be to use "Factory Reset Network" from within the Google Home app (in the Wifi - Setup section), that will remove all devices from your cloud config and wipe all the points, letting you start again from scratch.

Hi, Rpf.
I just wanted to jump in real fast to see if you saw Juzdu's reply and to see if you still needed some help on this or if you were able to get it sorted out. If you are still needing some help, just let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping.
Thanks.

Thanks all fine. Still not impressed with the speed though. One point(router) in front lounge gives 200mbps, the point in the kitchen 100mbps (separate brick room) and the one on the landing upstairs the same 100mbps. Its better than it was to be fair but expected a bette reach?!

Hi, Rpf.
You can always experiment a little bit with placement a little bit. Through the Home app, you can do a Mesh test to see how each point's connection strength is grading out. If you aren't seeing strong connections, maybe try moving the points a bit to see if it improves things. Better connections should create better speeds on the network as well.
Thanks.

I just wanted to check in to see if there's anything else you needed on this or to see if you're all set for now. If there's more we can do, just let us know.
Thanks.
