I closed a google account that was used to set up my google wifi and a point. Now I do not see my router and the point in the Google Home app. Is there a way to factory reset it without Home app so I would be able to set it up with another account?

You can leave the power cable connected to the modem, and the ethernet cable going from the modem to the primary Nest Wifi unit can be either connected or disconnected, I think.

The point must be factory reset too, then added to the new network after the first/primary Nest Wifi unit has been set up.

Thanks a lot for being so patient with me. One more question. What about the google point?
Does it need to be restored separately? Does it need to remain plugged during router' restore?

Thanks again for your help. I was able to factory reset both router and google point. They are all showed in Google Home app now and everything works.

Had so many phone an account New at this just would like my date also me to get protection so set up. Where I don't have so many accounts, just one or two that I can get done and also CAN sign into at anytime,where ever and whenever I would like to. Learning is hard for someone like me. lol
