Google wifi has worked well for almost a year.
After some random internet outtages, the system still works fine - but the APP shows the main wifi point as OFFLINE, and will not let me do anything to it.
It is NOT offline btw. All internet is working, and all devices including ethernet devices on the switch have internet.
I just want to change my darn DNS server... that's it... which is easy, and I know how to do it - but it WONT LET ME in the app because of this silly issue.
This issue happens even when I am CONNECTED to the network. Lol

Try to reboot/ power cycle it.

Did that already - but I guess I will try it again.

Have you figured it out yet? Sounds like we have the same issue and I have no idea how to fix it. I have rebooted it several times. Professionals set mine up, so I am clueless as to how it works.

I unplugged it for about 20 mins to 30 mins. Then connected to its wifi and launched the app. I was finally able to change my DNS server. Love this when it works - hair pulling when it doesnt!

Finally got mine up and running. My daughter's boyfriend knew exactly how to fix it. Hope she is still dating him if I have a problem with it again. LOL!

Hi everyone,
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks,
Jeff
