Google Nest Mesh Points not connecting

I purchased the Nest WiFi router and two points to use as my primary router and boosters for my Verizon service. The Verizon tech set up my router and it works great, but I can't get my points to connect to my network to provide the boost to other areas of my house. Help!

It'd be great to get a lot more detail on what you mean when you say you can't get the points to connect.  Have you set the points up via the Google Home app?  When you go into the Home app and select "Wifi" what do you see under "Wifi devices"?  If all your devices are set up, have you run a mesh test?  If so what was the result?

I have set them up in the app. When I try save connect them to my wifi though, it just doesn't find the devices. 

I think you might have to factory reset the point...make sure it's close enough to the router when you set it up again to guarantee a strong connection.  Once it's connected to the router and you have a mesh you can try moving it around and doing a new mesh test to see if the new location is suitable.

I have had exactly the same issue this weekend and
worked it out today - If you connect to the WiFi the AP
generates and press the i beside the name, ensure that
the following is all switched off:
Low Data
Private Wi-Fi Address
• Limit IP Tracking
I switched it off and they connected to the mesh after
that. 
form somebody else and worked perfect for me
