Why did my Google Wifi fail and disconnect for no reason? I have Google fiber. Been running two years straight. After your update, issues. Come on Stanfird, Totally unacceptable!
Mine disconnected as well and won't reconnect, I even reset the entire network to factory default. The router is back up and running, but the access points won't connect. What's going on?
Sorry for the issues you're seeing with your WiFi points. That's definitely frustrating and hard to work through. Can anyone seeing the problem with their WiFi points check a few things that will help us narrow down the problem?
Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?
What color is the status light on your WiFi point?
Is the issue constant, or intermittent?
If you can give me a few more details, we can start to narrow down a fix.
