When i add IP-reservations the list is flooded with old devices without name.
Time to fix this issue so we can manually delete old devices? I have hundreds...

Any device that doesn't transmit its device name and is not renamed in the app will show as "unknown device". These stay in the lists and will automatically delete after 30 days and often will show up on initial connection to the network by some devices. If the devices continue to connect within the 30-day period it will restart the period.
Tips to avoid:
Hope these tips help.

Thanks for the tips, I’m sure someone will benefit from them. Changing to a stronger password won’t help in my case.
The 30 day auto removal does not work. I have over 200 offline unknown devices and several offline named ones which I know about. This issue about removing old dead entries has been around for years. I’m not about the factory reset my whole network, port forwards, static IPs etc. just because of this.

Known issue, no ETA for a fix:

Hi!
None of the advice solved my issue unfortunately. It’s a known issue and Google fails to provide a fix for this basic need. Can’t be hard to implement a way to delete entries in a list. It’s frustrating to the point where I’m actively searching for other ways to provide WiFi in my house. I’m maybe just one guy if millions of users, so I guess me switching to other brand doesn’t means much to Google and their pride in their products.

Hello Rokesby,
Totally understand that doing a factory reset on your network can be frustrating, but these are the most helpful steps to figure out what's going on with your device. Let's give them a try! Update us once you’ve tried doing a factory reset on your network.
Cheers,
Abi

Apparently the only way to remove old unknown devices is to do a factory reset. Google has failed to implement this basic function, been waiting years for this fix. I'm actively looking for other ways/devices to manage my network. Problem can't be solved.

The recommendation is to factory reset, and then wait minimum 30 days after I have a device which never connects again, and then I can report back. Can’t report back if the thread gets closed.
