Google Wifi with BGW210-700

I have the BGW210-700 modem/router from AT&T. I just got the Google Wifi 3-pack. I understand I have to enable Passthrough mode to use these. I have a question regarding speeding up up/down speeds. I want to get the most possible speed with these without anything dragging it down.

1. Is it ok to turn off all Packet Filtering on the BGW210-700? Will I create any vulnerabilities?

2. Is turning off Home Security on the BGW210-700?

3. Is turning off all Firewall Advanced settings ok on the BGW210-700?

Basically, will Google Wifi handle packet filtering, home security, and has a firewall so I can turn off from AT&Ts BGW210-700 modem/router?

The primary Nest Wifi puck will act as a regular home router, wirh firewall, NAT, DHCP and Wi-Fi.

The general recommendation is to set the ISP equipment in bridge mode, before setting up Nest Wifi behind it.

One more thing: Don't connect any other devices to the ISP equipment directly, add an unmanaged switch to the Nest Wifi router if you need more ethernet ports.

I don't work for Google.
