Google mesh wifi access point. Cant add another point

I am having the same problem. I cannot even find where the first 2 exist. I am afraid to change the first 2 as they are the setup for my husband’s work from home. It’s very frustrating. The guy who set my system up came over and we both tried everything the google information told us to without any luck. I am returning the 3rd one for a refund.

Sorry for the late reply here. I'm sorry for the issues you're having getting your point added to the network. That definitely sounds like a frustrating situation. I do have some questions that will help me figure out what might be happening in your situations.

• Is this a new network setup or are you adding a point to an existing network?
• Are you setting the network up using an iOS or Android device?
• Are the devices all in the same room, or already placed where they will be used?

If you can answer those questions, I can help you get into specific troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing back from you each.
