How do I add a wireless printer (canon ix6800) to nest wifi?

Sorry for the issues with your wireless printer. I know setting up printers can be quite frustrating. Let's take a look and figure out what's going on.

You said that you were trying to get the network to recognize the printer. I have a few questions that might help us figure out what's going on?

• Are you able to verify that the printer's wireless function is turned on?
• What setup steps have you taken, both on the printer and within the Home app?
• Have you previously had this printer connected to this or any other wireless networks?

If you can give me a little more detail about where things are failing on setup, we can definitely get this figured out. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.
