I'm having a problem with IPTV too. Did you get this sorted?

Yes, u have to buy a switch and connect that to the modem or fiber central and from the switch u can use one of the ports to the google wifi. So the tv cable box isnt throught the google wifi that is blocking it

I already have a switch. My setup is.
Modem - Google Nest WiFi Router - Switch - Client(s)
How are you suggesting I set it up?

Modem - switch - google wifi

Does that mean the modem will have to do dns or dchp?

I dont know, but it did work for me. U can use the other LAN ports for other stuff, tv cable box, ps4 etc and you have ur wifi as well. I dont have so much more info than that

My issue was resolved by changing the DNS settings from Automatic to Google's 8.8.8.8.
Nothing to do with igmp in the end.
