I just purchased a Nest Wifi router and point today. My ISP uses fios with PPPoE protocol. Before I unbox this is there clear guidance that the Nest Wifi works with PPPoE? Is there a preferred installation for this?

Ok Thanks! This article talks about "changing" my WAN settings, is there anything I need to be aware of when initially setting up so PPPoE is used? or am I over thinking it lol

I was unable to ever get past the "checking internet connection" message. I actually ended up calling the ISP about my bill and learned my discount was about to end because they are under new ownership. So they are offering 1 year deal for faster service at less cost than I pay now. So I'll do that instead. I appreciate the help here, great forum!
