Hi, T. J. Collins.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues getting your setup worked out. I imagine that's a frustrating experience for you. I'll be happy to help you out with things.

I just want to make sure we're on the same page here, so I have a few questions for you.
  • When you mention the WiFi routers, are you referring to the WiFi points? Your network should only have a single router on your network setup.
  • Have you managed to get any of the devices to connect online?
  • Can you tell me what your setup looks like? It should be the modem first plugged into the ethernet or cable from your wall to start. From there, it will go into the Google WiFi router. The rest of the points will connect wirelessly.
  • Are you getting any error messages? If so, what are they?
With a little more info we can definitely get this sorted out for you. I look forward to hearing back. Thanks.

Hey, TJ.

I’m just checking in real quick to see if we needed anything else here or if we were able to resolve the problem. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.

Thanks

Hi, johnbl. Could you go ahead and start up a new thread for your issue so it appears at the top of the forum? That will help you get better visibility on your thread. Thanks.

Hi, everyone.

As we haven't had any activity here recently I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If you have more to add, feel free to start a new discussion.

Thanks

Hello

I have had a "point" go of line. I have tried to restart it and that did not work so I did a factory restart. Now I cannot add it to the network. When I scan the QR code it tells me it is the wrong code. It the tells me to manually load the 8 digit number on the back but there is none ??. I googled a solution and was told to connect it via cable and enter  http://192.168.84.1/api/v1/status. this also did not work. Do you have any other solutions thanks
