Have downloaded epson  software and run.  It cannot find printer.  I've connected printer via USB cable successfully but would like to connect via wifi.  Even with printer connected by USB cable software does not find.  I've tried this with printer on and printer off.  Same result.

Hi, Janice Kummer.

Printers can definitely a tricky thing to set up, and I imagine you're quite frustrated with the process. I'm sorry you're having issues getting the printer online. Let's look closer at things and see if we can get it worked out.

Looking at your printer's options for printing, it looks like Cloud Printing is the preferred method for wireless operation. Epson has some guides on their site about setting that up, and you can find those here: https://bit.ly/39iz8FI

After going through their guides for printing via cloud, see if you have better luck. If you're still unable to print, come back and let me know. Thanks.

Hey, everyone.

I’m just checking in real quick to see if we needed anything else here or if we were able to resolve the problem. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.

Thanks
