google wifi points no longer synching

after a storm and power outage, my 3 pucks are not synching. they are in set up mode but mesh tested fails. app says they are offline.

Have you tried to power cycle the main/ master Nest Wifi puck?

Do you get an internet connection if connected with a PC to the ISP equipment (modem/ router) directly?


I don't work for Google.
