All Yale locks are offline

I have FOUR Yale locks that all went offline more than a week ago.  I saw others having this issue, but they came back online for them.  None have for me. I’ve reset one and that didn’t work so I’m not going to waste my time with the others.

I've had this same exact problem.  The Nest Connect is the issue and it is absolute dog sh*t.

I can't get mine to connect to wifi anymore.

That was the first thing I tried: unplugging the Connect.  No dice.  Garbage.

Hi folks,

Thanks for your help here, mhricko and Brad.

Thanks for trying. No worries, let’s have a better look — a few questions: what’s the status light of your Nest Connect? Could you move your Connect halfway between your Nest x Yale lock and router? Did you experience a power outage? Were there any changes to your WiFi network settings? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, is there a mesh WiFi connection?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

JT

I assumed this is related to the Hub Max update.  Well, Google, you have INTENTIONALLY broke a primary function of your device and you need to fix this.  I’m not going to buy a connect for each door.  2 doors are within 20 feet of the Connect that I have, and even they STILL don’t work.  Fix this!

Yes.  I’ve restarted my device.  That didn’t work.

Okay - here is how I finally got everything working again.

I went in and factory reset my Google Wifi router. As part of the process I created a new wireless network and had to re-add every single device in my home. It took hours to complete.

Now the Nest Connect is able to connect to my Yale locks and everything is working but one camera.

If I had to do it again I would not have bought Google hardware.

Good luck!
