Several cameras will give me correct alerts, but when tapping on the alert, I get a continuous cycle, unable to open the live camera feed. I am required to close out of the alert and go to my cameras directly from the app. That can’t be right…

Sometimes it works for us, and sometimes we have to separately open the app.

Nest / Google should have an opinion on this.
There should be a fix.
