Can not remove Nset Connect

Hi

I can not remove Best Connect, I tried to find it on Nest app and Google Home, and tired reinstall the lock, but when I scan the QR code in the back of Nest Connect to shows” is already on my account”, I just can not remove the Connect on my account, I can not find it on any app.

To resolve this you need to factory reset your Nest Connect. To do that, with Nest Connect connected to power, press and hold the button until the light turns yellow, then blue, then pulsing blue.
