Is there a way to  add new key codes and assign them to new people? I’m using the Google Home app, because the NEST App is no longer active…

How do I add new key codes and assign them to new tenants/guests? I’m using the Google Home app, because the NEST App is no longer active… I’ve called the NEST Support phone line but it is no longer active. I’ve also tried calling Google and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes without getting a solution.
