Original Poster: Poolside Bungalow

Trying to setup access for a guest and I am unable to edit the expiration date. I can click the expiration date and it inserts a date one hour from current time and cannot be edited.

Hi there,

The is a known issue using iOS for the lock guest date/time settings. The engineering team is working to get it straightened out. In the meantime, try using the Nest web app (home.nest.com) to set the start and end times for your guest passcodes or camera schedules.

Note: You will need to create the Home Entry Only member (Guest passcode) in the Nest app first. If the member is not already created, you won't find the option Edit schedule, and you won't be able to create a Home Entry Only member on Nest web app.

Hoping for a quick fix and thanks for your post.

I still have this issue - two months after this post.  Is this still ongoing?

To clarify - issue is that I cannot set a specific time for guests to gain entry.  This used to work so well before Google took over the product.  I see posts from several months ago that this was a known issue that was being worked on.  But there is still no resolution??  Seems a little crazy.
