Door Lock Jammed

So the door lock has worked for the last 10 months with no issues.  Our WIFI went down and had to reset everything. THe lock work by hand with no hang ups and it rotates when not connected to the base lock. But when I bolt it back up it just sits there and clicks and says can not lock or unlock. Deadbolt jammed. But the dead bolt moves freely.  Any suggstions???
