For the past 2 years my Yale lock has worked fine. All of a sudden it disconnected from the nest connect. I have done a factory reset on the lock twice. The nest connect is working fine. I am on the same 2.4 WIFI and I have tried all the scenarios listed. It will not connect at all. What happened that all of a sudden I cannot get it to reconnect.

A few questions: Do you see any error code or message that appears on the app as you try to connect your Nest × Yale Lock to the WiFi? Was there any recent change on the WiFi network? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
