Door lock is offline

I tried troubleshooting the connect & went through the steps several times & no change. The connect is working & has Wi-Fi connection but he lock is still offline. I didn’t make any changes to the system. It just has been raining hard today don’t know if this maybe a cause or not

I've linked a help centre article below that will help you troubleshoot this. Do let us know what happens when you try these steps? Try to be as detailed as possible so we know how best to advise. If your Nest Connect appears to be working, there are some other things you can check.
