Door lock offline

My nest x yale has been offline for 2 weeks. My nest connect is showing online and connected. Anyone else having issues or know a way to resolve this. I have tried rebooting the door lock itself to no avail.

I’m experiencing the same problem. This started happening when I added an ASUS AX Wi-Fi router to my network. When opening the nest app, it shows offline.
