Yesterday my Nest Yale lock stopped allowing guest user codes to work. The only code that works is my personal code. So I had to give it to my guest so that they could enter the condo. The cleaners code also no longer works. It also stopped sending me a history of locking and unlocking. The app on my phone will not will not "lock" my front door. It always shows "unlocked". Yale support says they do not support the phone nest app. I can't find a google support phone number for Nest Yale locks.
